Active Network Monitoring is more than statistics of availability and bandwidth saturation. It is a 24-hour supervision, 365 days a year, carried out by specialists from Netia, using various tools (including Collector).
SD-WAN network monitoring
Constant monitoring of the correct operation and availability of the SD-WAN service, created on the basis of backing links from various providers (monitoring of the logical layer), possible on the basis of a structure built by design and regardless of the scenarios: Basic, Premium Custom.
Active Basic Monitoring
A service based on Netia's Statistics Server (a ready-to-implement solution), which monitors the connection status and informs the Customer about a failure. If such a situation is confirmed, the network failure reporting procedure is launched.
Premium Active Monitoring
A service supported by a shared analytical platform, collecting information on the availability, current use of network devices and providing automatic notification (e-mail) about irregularities in the functioning of the network.
Active Monitoring Custom
A service supported by a dedicated analytical platform, collecting information on the availability, current use of network devices and providing automatic notification (e-mail/SMS) of irregularities in the functioning of the network, including mobile devices, with automatic failure registration and SLA for the operation of the Active Network Monitoring service.
