Technical parameters of the service

The IP VPN MPLS service offers up to 5 classes of QoS traffic:

Voice Class

The class with the highest priority, intended for the most demanding real-time applications, such as the transport of voice packets. This class is characterized by the lowest level of packet loss and latency or jitter (i.e. delay variations).

Multimedia Class

The class with the second in order priority, intended for demanding real-time applications such as transport of video packets. This class is characterized by a low level of packet loss and latency or jitter (i.e. delay variations).

Data Premium Class

The class with the third in order priority, intended for demanding business applications that are sensitive to client-server type delay, such as SAP. This class is characterized by a low level of packet loss and latency.

Comfort Data Class

The class with the fourth in order priority, intended for less demanding business applications. This class is characterized by a low level of packet loss and latency.

Data Class

The class with the lowest priority available on a best-effort basis, intended for transmission of non-critical data, with no demands with regard to delay and with low packet loss, such as Internet traffic, emails, or file transfers. No quality parameters are guaranteed for this class.
