To attract the best employees to our staff in the selection and recruitment process Netia uses a professional approach of Targeted Selection which ensures accuracy, equality and quality of the process. Accuracy means employing candidates who are able to reach success in a given post. Equality means an equal chance for all candidates with appropriate qualifications. Quality means good time management and benefit resulting from the selection process irrespective of recruitment decisions taken as well as caring for the company image and dignity of all candidates. The basis for defining key qualifications and competences for a given position is the job description document. On it’s basis the profile of an ideal candidate is proposed and next, depending on the position, various selection methods, helpful at selecting people with the most suitable for the particular profile competences are chosen.


The first stage is analysis of the documents – CVs and application letters. On this stage depend further decisions, therefore, it is worth to devote a lot of attention for preparation of these documents.

The next stage are telephone conversations during which we try to verify and complement information, included in the documents.

The next stage is connected with meetings with Netia employees. The aim of these meetings may be tests, assessment or interviews carried out by HR experts and managers, involved in recruitment.

After carrying the meetings with candidates a decision on offering a job to a selected person is made. This is normally preceded by collecting references.

All candidates who participated in the meetings are given a feedback.
