Netia employees avoid any conflicts of interests or attempts at influencing their business decisions by external entities. They refrain from giving or accepting gifts of more than nominal value. Business trip expenses are borne by the Company and employees avoid trips or other benefits sponsored by clients or suppliers.
 
Use of Confidential Information

It is unethical and illegal to reveal any confidential information. Netia employees obtain detailed guidelines on how to use confidential information and agree to follow them.
 
Protection of Confidential Information

Commercial information, strategic plans and details of operating activities are the Company’s property. All employees are required to comply with the rules for the retention of confidential nature of such information and protect it against undesirable disclosure.
